These bands are exceptional! The material is perfect and non slip so im not spending time placing bands correctly! They stay put! The resistance on them is amazing! Due to a knee injury my strength training has been limited but with these bands im still feeling the burn with my exercises, if not more of a burn! Been using them for a few weeks now and they haven't over stretched and they have kept good shape and resistance! Very reliable i highly recommend!

Been using these resistance bands now for a few weeks, the quality is fantastic, I’m finding a much better result with them especially as I’m doing the home workouts. Definitely worth the money and would recommend getting to help maintain a good workout plan.
