Which Performance Band Is The Right One For Me?

Compatibility with our Performance Bands collection will be highly dependent on your own personal strength and fitness levels. Your experience will also be influenced by which exercises you decide to pursue. We would generally advise you purchasing a full set to enhance your training experience and maximise fitness development.

However, if you are looking to make a single purchase, as a general rule of thumb, we would suggest low experienced individuals to purchase a light resistance performance band, whilst highly experienced individuals should purchase a heavy resistance performance band. If you see yourself as having moderate levels of experience and ability, we would suggest you purchasing a medium resistance performance band.

What Are The Best Exercises To Start With? 

There is a wide variation of exercise possibilities to perform with our Performance Bands in environments such as the gym, outdoors, or at home. To ensure our client's are making the most out of their Performance Bands, we have provided a FREE Workout Guide with full exercise instructions and video demonstrations.

These exercises are simple, accessible, and will maximise your fitness development. We would recommend using our heavy resistance performance bands for exercises such as Squats, Glute Bridges and Crab Walks. We would recommend using our medium resistance performance bands for exercises such as Sumo Kicks, Band Walks and Kickbacks. We would recommend using our light resistance performance bands for exercises such as Donkey Kicks, Side Lying Raises and Clamshells.

With every purchase of a Performance Band, we will be sending a Free Workout Guide in an e-book format to your e-mail address. We have included this Workout Guide full of exercise ideas to ensure you are making the most out of your Performance Bands! When clicking on the exercise names within the e-book, you will be redirected to our YouTube channel that will provide you with a video demonstration.
