What makes your coaching different from other Personal Trainers in Bristol?

At CT Performance UK, coaching is built around you, not trends, fads, or quick fixes. Every plan is personalised using a proven system that adapts to your life, goals, and experience level. I combine strength-based training, realistic nutrition strategies, and long-term habit change to help you get results you can actually sustain.

It’s not just about showing up for a workout. You’ll get the structure, support, and accountability needed to make real progress, without being shouted at, burned out, or pushed through workouts that don’t make sense for your body.

What would my Personal Training sessions with you look like?

Every session is focused, intentional, and tailored to your current ability and long-term goals. You’ll follow a structured training plan built around strength, movement quality, and progression. No random circuits, no blasting your body just for the sake of it.

Expect to learn how to train properly, move better, and build confidence in your body. Sessions are supportive, not intimidating and you’ll know exactly what you’re doing and why you’re doing it.

Do you provide nutrition and lifestyle support too?

Yes. Because training alone isn’t enough. Alongside your personalised program, you’ll get support with nutrition, daily habits, and overall lifestyle changes that make your results more sustainable.

This isn’t about strict meal plans or cutting out everything you enjoy. It’s about learning how to track effectively, build better routines, improve sleep, stay active outside the gym, and feel more in control of your health without feeling overwhelmed.

How long will it take to see results?

Progress depends on your goal, starting point and commitment. My clients reach their initial goals and look, move, and feel better within the first 12-weeks.

I specialise in long-term coaching because that’s where true lifestyle transformations happen . I typically work with clients for around 3-6 months, which gives us the time and space to not just see results but to make them stick forever.

Do I need to be fit, or have gym experience, before I start?

No! You just need a willingness to show up. I’ll guide the rest.

My job is to meet you exactly where you are, whether you're brand new to the gym or starting again after a break.

Over the years, I’ve helped complete beginners build confidence, strength, and independence in the gym without judgment, pressure, or overwhelm.

I want to start, but I'm suffering from an injury. Can you help?

Absolutely. Supporting clients through injury is a big part of what I do. As both a Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist, I specialise in helping people train safely around injuries, manage pain, and rebuild confidence in their body.

Whether you're recovering from something recent or managing a longer-term issue, your plan will be fully tailored to support your recovery while still moving you forward. You won’t be pushed through workouts that don’t suit you.
