- A one-off Small-Group Personal Training session delivered by a CTPUK coach.
- All services that are available with our Online Coaching.
- This consists of a group fitness consultation (via audio/video call), as well as a 45-60 minute gym session that is tailored to a cohesive set of fitness goals and physical needs.
- Small-group sessions are limited to 3 individuals.
- Block booking discounts are available on request.

PT session
When I first booked in I felt like this maybe a little out of my depth, however Cameron very quickly made me feel at ease and comfortable. After discussing my goals etc. I felt that the plan that had been put in place for me gave me a slight challenge, but completely achievable. I have each specific workout on my phone which I can access at anytime if I'm unsure of anything which is very reassuring. The environment and atmosphere at this gym is so lovely, everyone is so friendly and willing to help anytime. I would highly recommend Cameron and the gym for all ages, sizes and abilities! Everyone is made to feel so welcome.

Training
Cam is an amazing personal trainer. Our sessions are always very comfortable and really informative. I recently asked for help with my upper body, getting better knowledge and working on my form. After our session I have gained confidence in going to the gym and being focused on what to do. I go to a busy city centre gym so Cam has shown me a variety of exercises I can use without having to wait around for equipment! 100% recommend.

Back to fitness with Cam
Cam has helped guide be back to feeling fit and strong postpartum. From the first session cam was welcoming and knowledgeable. He has pushed me to reach my fitness goals and continues to motivate me on my tailor made plan. Thanks to Cam I’m feeling a lot better!

Cameron is a very welcoming and friendly PT who will push you to meet your goals. Not only will he show you where you maybe going wrong but he will also educate you by letting you know exactly what it is you are doing. Additionally, each programme is tailored to the individual so that you can make the most of each session. I would recommend Cameron highly to anybody that is interested in improving their fitness, strength or even just losing weight.
Josh is Gandalf of the Gym
A well of knowledge and brilliant to be around Josh showed me how to use the equipment in the right way and whenever something new was added, he explained those well. I'm someone who wants to know exactly what I'm doing beforehand and the reasons behind most of it. He explained those to me in a way I could understand as someone with barely any knowledge to begin with. The routine he made for me was really well organized and he didn't mind me double checking things with him when I wasn't 100% sure. It was really well adapted to me as my back and ankle can be dodgy sometimes. To talk about the most important thing, it's been a year or so having him in my corner now and I'm feeling better than I ever have in my life. I'm just over half a stone away from losing 5 stone and that's on top of feeling more confident in myself thanks to his strength training. Overall, I don't think I would've got anywhere near this far without him
