Fat burner gym programme
I tried the fat burner programme and can honestly say it is an all body workout that kept my heart rate high and me moving and motivated . Very good workout , easy to follow and with the information sent to me from ct performance even on the few exersizes I was unsure about there was a link to show cam doing each one so that was a massive help and reassurance that I was doing the exersizes correctly . I will 100% be using this in my gym journey and would recommend to everyone no matter what their fitness levels are . Also cam is very approachable and ready to help anyone in need in the gym very professional and friendly thankyou .

Leg day
I can’t put into words how impressed I was with my program. I was given some help to train my legs by cam and he gave me some exercises to do in the gym to improve my legs. I normally struggle training legs due to injuries and current training, this prevents me from normally feeling any change and struggle in my legs. Cameron’s exercises and guidance helped me push my legs a lot more than useull. I can’t thank him enough for my improvement.

Excellent tailored programmes
Cameron is an excellent personal trainer.
