Before Getting Started With CT Performance UK, Please Observe The Following Important Information...

Fitness & Health Services

1) Following your enquiry with CT Performance UK, a member of the team will conduct a consultation with you before directing you to the relevant services that we can provide.

2) Following these discussions, a date and time will be arranged for your first session with us. Our team will arrange this, but it can also be self-managed to compliment your lifestyle. Our current schedule can be found here.

3) Purchases that include block sessions will be pre-scheduled into our calendar. For single/ongoing sessions, you must book your sessions at least one week in advance.

4) Prior to confirmation of any bookings, a payment will be collected relevant to your purchase in advance.

5) If a cancellation for a session is needed, you must aim to inform us as soon as possible! If cancellation is within 24 hours of your session, we will have to collect your pre-payment despite not attending the session. If cancellation is within 48 hours of your session, we will have to collect 50% of your pre-payment for the session. If you are able to inform us of any amendments that you need to make to your sessions above this time period, we will be able to re-arrange your session for another time.

6) We have incorporated these Terms & Conditions into our companies services to ensure maximal efficiency and effectiveness for both trainers and clients. If you have any questions about any of the information included within this list, please do not hesitate to contact us!

Online Services

1) When registering your interest in, or purchasing a product from, any of our Online Services, we will be notified and make the relevant contact with yourself.

2) When purchasing an Online Program directly, you are confirming that you answer 'No' to all of the questions provided in our PAR-Q & Medical Questionairre. Before staring on our Online Fitness App, you will complete the relevant medical history forms before being provided with any programs.

3) Our Online Services are non-refundable, but if you have any issues or questions about your purchase then please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

4) When enrolling onto our Online Fitness App, a payment will be collected in advance for the upcoming month. You are not tied into any contracts and can amend, freeze, or cancel your subscription at any time.
